Stop Data Syncing




Windows 10 data syncing is always running in the background it uses your system resources but more importantly Windows 10 sync your personal data like saved password, settings etc with Cloud. to turn off sync here is the few steps you need to follow

  1. Go to the Settings
  2. Click on Accounts
  3. Turn Off the  Sync settings under Sync your settings

Turn off Advertising Id

A Microsoft account has unique advertising ID and the company collects the information regarding your area of interest.

It totally depends on you that what kind of applications you are using and it makes easier to display ads relevant to you. However, you can Turn off your advertising ID here is how?

  1. Go to the Settings
  2. Click on Privacy
  3. Click on Toggle Off to Turn Off

It will not disable ads to display but it won’t use your interest to display ads.
